Any one running a gandini chipper ?

Hi there looking at buying a gandini chipper but don't really know anything about them any good bad point welcome reviews any info would be great many thanks tom

 

What model?

 

The old ones are rugged and simple. I only used one of the modern fleet and I didn't like it

You say Gandini, new or used? Chipper or shredder?

 

Graham Satchwell, the importer has been in the trade for many years, and comes across as a decent enough spud with good knowledge of his product and a decent stock of spares.

We had a smaller one about 17 years ago( by no fault of our own ) and it was rubbish, it would struggle to take branches through and one day driving along the road the feed hopper fell off. I can't say what the bigger chippers were like but we went to the Entec chipper and never looked back.
