What is your single most beneficial exercise for Arb work.

Weighted or resistance cardio is always Good sled drags farmers walks high rep breathing squats.Hill sprints with weighted back packs are great.

Add on a good solid powerlifting and plyometrics program andyour on your way to a complete athlete.

And weights will increase speed if used correctly.

I'm 21stone and can cover a hundred yard dash in 11 seconds so there goes that theor. Lol

Hi Lorry I was wanting to get into few comps this year,however works really boomed and sadly I can't really risk the time off if god forbid I do myself a mischeif, so maybe strongman may have to fall by the wayside.

I'm really liking the idea of going back to MMA again and downsize myself.

I don't have a T.V so getting our old man to tape the strongman for us.

Which north show is this lorry? Be glad to share a protein beverage with fellow arbtalk member haha.

I was quite dunk at the time of watching remember looking for someone called yeti haha I know what you mean about training I'd love to do some mma training but I just don't get time now I'd done about 6 month worth just starting to learn then the boys arrived. Ghustarts are organizing one up here in may I think it is I might pop over
