I'm no here to drop the prices to trash, i try and survive like everyone else. Im at a work where it's hard going mentally. And i hope to see a stumpgrinder/van/chipper and the rest as a way out of that situation.. I'm just trying to get a foot in the market. But as i start to see it, it is only use if i take down the trees myself, aint much work otherwise. I'm hoping to get all equipment by summer next year. And in the time in between i hope to grind a stump here and there. I was hoping to do work for tree surgeons or fencers.

I got a brand new predator 38rx, working a day time job and doing this on the side. So i can keep the prices low.

Then I politely suggest that you are a fool.

You should charge the going rate so that you can make a profit and pay for repairs and running costs.

Clients will also regard you as a credible professional.

Also, if you're doing it cheap now, no one will tolerate your price hike when you implement it.

Yep, word spreads and old customers think you are ripping them off as you were so cheap last time.
