Actually, I don't do crunchs or sit-ups. I do hanging bent knee leg raises. I started with three sets of 20 reps, increasing by 5 reps whenever I could and now I'm up to 70. My goal is to reach 100.

 

I did some off them today at work ,in a euc tree,with bending knees and the dumbest part was that the branch above me was too large to hold on for more than three at a time because I wanted to do 100.

nick, you could try british military fitness, basically you get streamed according to your level of fitness and the best thing is they are usually in a local park so plenty of fresh air and changing scenery instead of staring at a mirror or tv screen:thumbdown: best bet would be to google it.
