do you mean powered or non powered? non powered, you could try the corona polesaws, i got mine in costco pukka professional poles for around 90 notes which was about the same price as my usual dealers but they were out of stock at the time. powered you can't beat anything orange and white imo

...been looking at silky pole pruners but as I'm from paisley I'm looking for something a bit cheaper.

 

To be used mainly for lopping and not sawing.

 

Can anyone recommend anything half decent?

i made my own ..telescopic handle from a car washing brush and bolted the the saw bit on the end....

its twice as ridged as the extendable silky i have and half the weight...:thumbup:

That sounds like a cracking idea! The silky saws are exellent and I have a couple of their pole saws but the buttons have stopped engaging and they're getting a pain to slide in and out. How far does your window cleaning one go?
