Early start to the day with my half grapefruit for breakfast. First job was deadwooding some conifers with the trusty pole saw. We then called in at Orange Plant and saw some awesome kit...!!

3 cube of eucalyptus went off to a new customer and we finished off with Matty doing a small cherry reduction.

A good day had by all finished off with a home made pie from the wonderful Cheryl my Secretary/broken heart councillor

Agree with Jon as , My granny also had grapefruit everday for brekkie and she lasted till the grand old age of 92 . She always had mc chicken bits on a weekend though lol .

Since Sat I've had no appetite at all so for my first food yesterday I had grapefruit and nothing else yesterday, I know it's not good to go without food but I think I was punishing myself for the way I had behaved towards my wife for so long 😢

Very true guys, I've just found it hard to eat over the last few days, I always look for a positive from a negative, so the positive here is a healthy kick start to my future whatever it may bring...
