Hi chaps,

after a new tipping trailer 8x5 with high sides would be ideal, uses are chip & logs.

If I go for the ifor type sides I can clad galv sheeting to make the sides smooth and a little better for keeping the chip on the trailer.

Idea being trailer can go behind mates truck on big jobs saving the back of hilux for tools signs etc

Question is which brand is the best, ?

local ifor dealer quoted me £3500 plus vat I think will double check

Any other makes up to the job, dad has graham Edwards 10x6 lovely trailer but non tipper

Thanks

I have a new ifor Williams 8x4 tipper, I think it is the worst piece of kit I have purchased, I have spent an extra £500 getting it fit for purpose and have had some of the worst customer service from them, my advise is buy an older second hand ifor as I have had no trouble with the older designs or go else where

Could you elaborate on why the trailer is not good? Cheers

What was wrong? What did you have to rectify?

Josh, perhaps bigger than you considered but you could get an Atlas tipper 10x5 for less money than your dealer has quoted you. They seem to get good reviews and have many features for the price.

Just a thought....

That's the one my old man had graham Edwards seems to be same as atlas 10 x 5/6
