Big T I thought the same about those cans. I am rapidly trying to work out the economics of using motomix and making it cost effective by selling the empty cans on fleabay. Given how much less spark plugs need cleaning on this kind of fuel I think it will work.

If you're having to clean you spark plugs regularly I think you probably need to get your saws tuned properly before changing anything else. Never have to clean mine

Well it's not that they need cleaning, I am a bit of a tinkerer and on aspen my 460 serial number was clean after about 50-60 litres of aspen but after 10 litres of normal two stroke unreadable. The spark plug told the same story. Not saying either is better especially given the cost of aspen and I am so new to this business I have never worn out a saw but I reckon alkolyte fuels make tools last longer given my amateur abilities at tuning.

" imported" 2 cans of it from france last year, it was only 15 of the funny money they use over there. then on monday i was doing a big milling job in Queens Camel, the bloke i was milling with forgot to bring the Aspen so i sent him to Yeovil to get some and he came back with 3 cans of motomix. the cans are really robust not like the ones i "imported" from france and yes the quick fills do fit. i didn't get a chance to evaluate the 2 year shelf life cos it was all used in 2 days.
