I feel sick for you rob. I was under the impression that I would get the wedges thrown in which was the deal maker for me. But if your making a loss please say as I don't want to screw you over

Nope - I don't think that's fair - I will wear it and it'll teach me to be more careful in the future! (I hope....!)

But appreciate the thought!

Hi Rob,

Re: The extra foot to go on the Dual Cant Hook, obviously you can turn larger timber with the Dual, but how does the stability fare when using the one foot rather than two for logging up timber as you would with the TimberJack? Workable?

Afraid I can't buy both!

Thanks,

Chris

I'd say the timber jack is better for larger timber as the single hook opens into a wider mouth. Also it is more stable than the dual.

The timber jack is the better for rolling and cross cutting logs - the dual is better as a bit more of an all rounder...

Dual sort of goes in the truck and travels better than the timber jack as the feet on this are opposite the hook and so takes up more room.

Order before the 4th May midnight for the wedges offer!

Hope that helps!

Jon I've been using your skidderoon as the demo one today! Remember to call Helen to sort out the order...

Everyone else's got sent out with you tom.

Will be doing a separate thread on 'skidderooning!' - but first impressions are that this is a very handy little tool!
