i would try to source your materials from a good fencing specialist, crap materials are at fault here i would say, apart from tearing all the boards of and getting new ones the only option is to add more rails as you said and nail back.

Thanks mate, I have been worrying about it all day! I'm pretty sure that the materials are at fault but it's always nice to have a second opinion! Looks like I might have to end up putting in extra rails, going to be a pain to try and get them in though!

If its anything like round here at min even the good timber merchants carnt keep in with fencing gear. And they are all sending out very fresh tanalised gear. I know my usual supplier is picking un tanalised boards up at the docks every few days taking them to get dipped picking some dipped ones up and delivering straight out. Carnt be good for warping been so fresh

6" boards are too wide,

Jewsons crap for timber

4" boards with 3/4" overlap you wont have any problems!

rip the whole lot off and put decent timber up

Thanks for the advice. Are you going to pay for the new materials and Labour to put it up!? I can't afford to do it for free! Lol!
