Ms200t

Hi, I am looking at selling my MS200T, 2001 edition with a 14 inch bar and chain that has been used about 5 times. It has had a fair bit of use but looked after very well and still runs like a treat. I am looking at getting the MS201T.

How much would you say I should ask for my MS200T?

Do yourself a favour and keep the 200t.. you'll not like the 201 at all. That said if you so decide to sell it start an auction and you'll surely get plenty for it.

agreed dont bother selling the 200t goods ones are really hard to find now so if you've got one hold on to it. the new 201 is a truly shocking saw compared with the 200t

I've got 5 scrap 020T/MS200T if anyones interested?...I've been lucky with my 201T, I've had it for 2 years and its been fine and still goes well....still got one 200T for back up, but I rarely get any problems...

200t forever. 201t is not the best.

Keep the MS200, parts are still available and are readily available second-hand.

The MS201 is stifled by the strato design and has a very restrictive inlet manifold design which limits its potential.

 

The only Achilles heel on the MS200 is the carb and the later models are much better - keep it and just refurb it if necessary...done loads over the last two years and there is a reason for that:thumbup:
