Yep got plenty of those :laugh1: Mind havent been able to get in the workshop since march as Me dad had a tidy up due to sisters wedding reception being at the farm and dumped everything in the workshop, on the plus side means I'm now having a big sort out, which is probably long overdue looking at some of the stuff I'm uncovering :thumbup1:

The Landy is clean as a whistle, works hard but gets looked after well. Don't let the Disco fool you, it's a beast & I think the pics flatter it!

Thanks, we're having a great summer & the schools aren't even out yet!!!!!!

hi funnily enough ive gone the other way i rent some land in york where me and a mate use his ring kiln but i was hard for me to get down there due to living in durham and when i did he was never too madly into it, however i manage a woodland near my house now selling firewood and like you have produced loads of thin sticks so i finally decided to go ahead with the oil drum idea although thinking it wouldnt be all that worth it...i was wrong! its so much easier than the hassle of filling the ring kilns, burning it, shutting it down and emptying it this can take up to 100+ hours and with the oil drum it can take about 22 or so, i have five set up and am aiming to get at least another fifteen!

how are you getting on?
