hight guys i run my own company down in cornwall and am looking into updating my site specific risk assessment but am finding it hard tryng to make a decent form that can be completed easily and whilst on site , anyone got any ideas ??? i would really appreciate the help , many thanks Dave - Combined Tree Services

I moved away from paper copies a while back.

 

My SSRA is a pretty basic excel spread sheet on my Ipaq.

Couldn't upload all the sheet in one, as I haven't got the cable at home.

So here's a few shots of the scroll down pages.

 

I keep my work lists, maps & to do lists etc on the Ipaq.

Very useful tool.

 

There's no grid reference as were one site, and literally two minutes away from the nearest A&E, and all staff know the entrance points and helicopter LZ's.
