No not the case, according to stihl it biodegrades 80% in 21 days IF spilled on the ground, it doesn't biodegrade in the bottle..

I haven't a clue, I'm sick of waiting for motomix the dealers here can't get it here, I ordered it before Christmas does anyone know what's up? I'm going with aspen 4 and mixing the ultra with it. Aspen rep says it should be just as good as aspen 2 if I do this. Only reason is I have a full bottle of hp ultra and I'm not throwing it away it cost enough..
