Hi all

My Husky 346xp is making the most horrendous squeaking noise while on tick over. Haven't got a clue what it is, where it's coming from or how to get rid off.

My other 346 I had in the past made the same noise as well.

Any help would be great.

Sounds clutch/clutch bearing related if it goes when you rev it and the clutch engages

Stubby is bang on.

Remove the cover and check the clutch. On the drum is a needle bearing. These do need grease now and again.

You will also then be able to see if the bearing has gone or not.

The clutch will need removing to grease this needle bearing on a husky I believe.
