Haha apologies, I was eating my brekkie. Naturally the saw is very light, battery life I've been told will do a day. I really liked it, I'd only use it for pruning but I'd be happy to go up a mature tree to carry out works within the canopy. Just be best to have spare battery. It was super strange though having no noise! But it definitely has enough power behind it to do the job. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  10. My kern is 11mm. Just want to know if I could use it working around the canopy and not just for access. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  11. Anybody climb SRT on DMM work saferope? Just that I have never seen it on a arb site for sale. Could I use it?...... Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  12. Hey, thanks Ben. Yeah It's me, I'll be there. Having the long weekend and all that I had to go out and give it a go. Seen you on the 17th. Jack Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  13. I've recently been introduced to SRT,I found I really enjoy it on the little time I've had working with it. I just want to ask a question regarding advancing anchor points within the tree canopy, when tied off at the base. So say I've made my ascent and reach the limb I threw the throw line over. It's here at this position I get a little confused. I've seen videos of a bloke disconnecting his line and throwing the rope wrench over a new branch anchor. That to me seems a little daft and could land you in some trouble. Any help would be great. I've climbed DRT for years but would rather put my hand up and ask then get myself in a world of trouble. I'm on a SRT intro day soon, but I'm inpatient Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  14. Hi all My Husky 346xp is making the most horrendous squeaking noise while on tick over. Haven't got a clue what it is, where it's coming from or how to get rid off. My other 346 I had in the past made the same noise as well. Any help would be great. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
