Hello.. Anyone shed any light? My breaker spins over but has lost its bounce.. :thumbdown:

 

With the Kango version,9 times out of 10 the crown wheel and pinion goes on them, so my hire shop once told me.

Quite often see them on ebay described as motor runs but doesn't break concrete.

I have a Hilti one that did that, bit of oil where the point fits freed it up.

 

I stood it upside down and left it with oil in the socket.

Spot on idea I'll try that first as it does not shift at the minute but has sat a while.. As for anything else as it's not a chainsaw I'll have to try and find someone to repair it. Cheers

if it hasnt been used for a while, the grease around the piston thickens up

 

putting the chisel on a piece of wood and making the hammer mechanism work will eventually warm the grease up enough ( might take 5 mins )
