If you tie red-painted ping pong balls to the plants they look just like tomatoes from a distance. Common disguise for window boxes in town centres.

 

... well... so an old acquaintance tells me. allegedly

 

 

Apparently that's what's my father used to do in his youth!

Last year we was down sittingbourne in kent at a place called G-FARM in the kent science park. And they are growing it there for people that suffer with M.S. I hate the smell but one of my lads spent most of his time standing next to the green houses

We were doing some motorway work a few years back and we found a little plantation of the stuff on the embankment. We had a gang of Latvians pulling ragwort at the time and they filled the crewcab up with it:001_smile: They took it home and replanted it.

good luck to them, looks like a personal use crop. ironic how history changes, it was illegal not to grow it at one point until the tobacco giants pressured politicians to make it illegal. well so i read, I've never used it but would prefer someone on weed than drink when working clubs, drink always made them want to argue :001_rolleyes::001_smile:
