What chipper

Can anyone help I want to buy a new chipper, I am looking at the green mech 150 34hp, but am wondering if it is worth the extra money and getting a 190 turbo, has anyone got one of these? And can tell me what you think, obviously the 190 will be worth more in 5 years, just wondering if it's worth the extra pennies?

Out of those two it would be the gm.

 

Forst or jensen though.

Depends if you want a 6" or 7.5" machine ???

I have a tracked jensen aswell as a new forst. ...both great machines, easy to service and good infeed.

You cannot compare the two. One was designed to be under 750kg with 34hp and a 6x9" gob, the is over a ton with a 7.5" opening and a 35 or 45hp engine! Nothing in common to compare to be honest. One has flat blades and the other has the epic round blades!

 

I'd get a GreenMech any day of the week!

I would get a Jensen a540 instead of the 190 wolf, much more machine, solid and chips like there's no tommorow, give redwood uk a call and arrange a demo machine

That's what I did and an awesome machine.

 

Looking forward to the Forst 8" chipper due out later this year.
