This is where I bought mine

Access Platforms, Powered Access & Platform Equipment - Promax Access

A good machine around the 20m mark tracked you,ll need to budget around £50-95k

If I remember correct

Such as the teupen Leo 23gt is £95k

Thats a similar price to what our truck mount cost £95-£100k,ours thinks its a tracked machine sometimes with the aid of portable roadway and will get in some tight spots without the weight of a telehandler.

3.5 ton 27m work height 230 kg cage limit and 15 m outreach plus its our tool carrier.

as everybody says it depends on what your work is made up of as to what type of machine you need if you need one at all,our machine is used on 80% of our jobs and needs to be to justify the cost, you also have an asset that can be hired out for other uses. The 22m on the sprinter was sold for around £20k

One thing to bear in mind what terain do you do most of your work, with my teleporter I can set up on slopes 30 degress front to back and 15 degree side slope at same time, not sure how variable the other machines are, and as the foot print of the teleporter is no greater than the size of the machine you don't have to allow for legs stickingout

Hi ,my brother has a tow Niftylift ,problem i have noticed with this one is the out reach is rubbish so you have to be careful with falling branches or logs has they will smash the control box etc so everything has too be roped down .

Plus points are the axle will pull in for tighter access and they are cheaper .

Personally i hate them with a passion and wont use them .
