Elec motor seems to have more sawdust on it than I would expect especially as the machine has probably only cut the one log. That would be a concern but a PTO version would not have the issue.

Thought you had given up logs Steve.

 

45cm cut with a 6 or 8 way splitter does not make sense to me as the logs will be way over size unless you want monsters. Looks heavily guarded which is fine when all is going well but PITA when a log needs adjusting in the splitting chamber. Think any processor would look good with wood like that but the real test is how it handles awkward lumps. It may well be very good just my observations from the video.

Yes still no logs no plans to go back in to logs but we do sometimes need to process into 6" for the kindlet.
