It has been a bit odd for a while, they were supposed to be ditching Yahoo in January and giving us new software update, perhaps it is happening now.

Not tonight, have in the past. It's when someone is trying to illegaly access your account and bt stops access after a few password attempts. Try going in through bt yahoo site. Hope this helps? Worked with me.

There is an help chat window on btconnect.com haf the same isue with ours month ago

will be live with a it tech your probably have to re set you pass word and security q's as bt would have changed them if some one or somethink have been trying to access you acount

i'm about fed up with this...been going on for a good month now. I have to sign in about 3 times before I actually get to my mail. I'm assuming its just teething problems during the crossover from yahoo to bt, but its been going on way too long
