So im looking into converting from the standard .325 to 3/8 after hearing good things on here. Ive got the sprocket so now for bar and chain.

Trying to find a bar that will fit is proving difficult, im looking for a 16" sealed nose sprocket bearing like the oregon powermatch bars - 168RNDK095

problem is other than a lucky dip on ebay i cant find anywhere that sells them, id like something more 'off the self' so i can replace it quick if needed.

I'll be PM RobD soon to see if he and sort me out but would like to here suggestions first. thanks.

Rob D has some on his site go to accessories then special offers he has some 15 and 18 inch sugihara 3/8 by.58 k095 fitting bars

Hopefully they have pure K095 mounts, and not the combination K095/K041 mounts (AT mount)?

I've been looking for 8 tooth 3/8 sprocket small spline to save me changing rim too but not had any luck. Eddy T suggested niko but haven't been able to track one down.

Any suggestions or will I need to change to standard spline rim?

Thanks

You need the clutch drum listed for 3/8" chain in the IPLs, as that is a standard 7-spline one - look in the 562xp IPL.

Unless you want to use an 8-pin, you can just get a 3/8"x7 rim for the small 7-spline, which is not the one listed in the IPLs. Look in a 262xp IPL if you need the part number.
