Iveco daily.

Have been looking at the iveco 35c both in 120-150bhp. Would really like the 150 but we arnt having much luck finding what we want. Does any one have the 120, do you find it struggles much?

the daily engine is 116 to 136,there abouts on the 2.3ltr & 134 to 166 on the 3ltr,

wich has been rmapped to 180 on the newr trucks

 

the 3ltr in a 3.5 is like rocking horse pooo,

With the 116 how does that deal when full up and towing.

Ours don't struggle with legal gtw's at all. There does seem to be some different gearboxes though, our quicker one has less guts than the slower when loaded to the rafters .

all the 35c12 can tow 3.5t. 7t gross.

Mine's great (35C14 crewcab), it's currently sat outside with 6m3 of wet Lawson and Yew chip on for tipping in the morning and even with the chipper behind it pulls like a train. Only criticism is the brakes don't seem matched to the engine.

OK, so it's way over it's design weight so you can't really knock the brakes, but that's the problem with such a powerful engine, you tend to forget that you're only supposed to carry about 950kg

I actually had to use first gear today to pull away up a hill.
