Useful thread to read I think I have 26 blades in my eco combi and was dreading the day I had to get a quote to sharpen. If I get a pic of my blades could someone give me an opinion on condition. seems to chip and shread ok but dont want to stress the machine with blunt blades.

The chipper blades must be sharp! Shredder blades can be blunt and you can take them off the right and swap them for those on the left which don't do the same amount of work. I recently did some more training with a customer who had one new some five years ago. They do a lot of work and had to buy the 22 only last year! At that rate, they reckon it is earning it's keep okay.
