proberly dont turn them enough, but depends what ive been chipping, and listen out for the no stress working a bit harder. to sharpen a full set was about 80 pounds.

Turn mine every 30 ish hours.

get them sharpened by Saturn Machine Knives (or whatever they are called now).

Nothing like £80 a set but I had 4 sets sharpened at once.

I think it was under £100 for 4 sets including return postage.

They even packed them in identically weighted pairs.

I think we do ours about the same hours

and also use Saturn Machine Knives:thumbup::thumbup:

I'll have to look up their number, sounds like im paying a bit to much. Do you have to send them by post and how long does it take.

if you email them they will give you a price to receive blades sharpen and send back

ive had a 4 day turn around :thumbup:

When you say a 'set' do you mean 2 or 4 blades?
