Funny you should say that, I had a pair that did exactly the same. Took a little longer than a week though. Probably the last pair of Hiax I will buy.

 

had the same problem with a pair of the blue ridge.. emailed haix... never got a reply.

had them for a year, but plenty of life left in the boot but just too uncomfortable to wear! :thumbdown:

I had a problem with the sole splitting on a pair of Protector Pro boots and Haix could not have given me better service, even though I could neither find the receipt nor remember from which dealer I had got them. I emailed them a couple of pics and suppied the serial number they asked for and I received a brand new pair of boots in under a week. :thumbup1:
