I disagree with the above, your body will adapt very quickly to the cycling. I cycle 15 miles into work, climb, then cycle 15 miles back again. !

 

Would you have been able to do that when you very first started climbing tho? I think when you first start off your best using your legs for climbing and thats it. Climb, rest then climb again the next day as your legs seem to take more punishment then anything else?

mr shutler is a very experienced climber and has been doing it for years, he feels he just needs to top up his fitness after trying a work challenge at the weekend:001_smile:

I disagree with the above, your body will adapt very quickly to the cycling. I cycle 15 miles into work, climb into the basket of my MEWP, then cycle 15 miles back again. Your sex life might suffer though as you’ll be asleep before you hit the pillow!

i am going to phone my old PE teacher and give him a piece of my mind, natural ability my bum:blushing:
