The saw has developed a fuel leak, I eventually found where it was and isolated it to behind the handle mounting :confused1: So after taking it all apart i've found its this little rubber grommet which seems to be a blank for the fuel tank :confused1:

 

Anyone know if this is more than just a blank? If it isn't where might be best to source a replacement for it?

Thanks, it sure looks split down the sides and it doesn't look equal which made me think, or hope, this was the leak.

 

So any idea where to find one, i searched for the parts list but found the new 8000 model not the old.
