The dealer i bought the chipper off said it was ok to name them on here so im pleased to report that Arborcut Forestry Equipment in Southampton look after their customers like family. Best service ive ever received so if you looking for fantastic dealer back up give Robert Ghinn a bell and check out his stock.

Glad the seller was decent about it. For future reference, Google the 'sales of goods act'. Regardless of warranties, all buyers have statutory rights when buying goods such as a chipper. The item must be fit for purpose, and for the first 6 months after purchase the onus is on the seller to prove that it was fit for purpose at the time of sale.

I recently had to quote this at a second hand car garage that sold me a car that broke down twice in the first month I had it!
