I had a look round the timber wolf factory yesterday and I must say the new 240 looked very nice and I could really see a lot of time and thought had gone into its production.

Did not use one though so can not comment on usability

It's basically a Jensen designed to b cheaper as it was costing to much to import the a530. They havnt scrimped on anything, it's a good solid machine, built to last, and it's certainly pulls the material through

Bald Ed, please tell me the flywheel re-design includes upgrading the bearings.

 

Shane, the complete flywheel design has changed and the TW240 boasts the probably the heaviest duty main rotor bearings of any chipper of its class. When you see them you will be impressed:thumbup1:

 

The TW240TDHB(t) is an addition to the Timberwolf range, not a replacement for the TW150.
