Good for her, it's a bu@@er of a habit, will finish book an give it a go! Wife smokes too, also a nurse and seems to be against the idea of the tablets( or against the idea of giving up!)

Smokers We're a dying breed!!!

 

It certainly is a poxy habit.....I don't enjoy half the fags I smoke. why do I still do it? I have no idea!

I just stopped. Two and a half years ago now.

If you really want to stop you can do it without any book, tablets, patches etc.

I decided it would be really tight on my grand children for me not to be around for them just because I smoked, so I stopped.

 

It worked for me but it is a bit odd, I have one son and he doesn't even have a girlfriend never mind any children.
