Well the outcome is I need to give up drinking. Those who know/met me have had more than one with me and know I tend to like another. To put bluntly my liver is a little bit pickled to process the drugs!

I've not long gone 33 so this is a big wake up call!!!

I can't just go cold turkey as it might shutdown with the drugs.

Anyway I never thought having a couple of pints at the pub after work, then a couple of cans at home with the Mrs would cause much bother, but it did!

So there you are that's it. Here starts a new beginning

It's hard to give up the after work drinks and the weekend binges , but for your health it's worth it ! Try and find a routine of some thing you enjoy doing , hope it works out all the best Rachel and Mat.

Thought I'd get this started again. As of last Wednesday I'm back ground based again and he's not wanting me to use a saw either.
So what next? All idea's welcome

All's been good really. Had a bit of stress in my personal life, but fine really. Had driving licence back and all that. Just need to think of what to do next really. I know nothing but trees and saws so thinking something in the game

You might need a replacement for the fun.
I'd recommend martial arts, something high energy like kickboxing, jujitsu etc.
It's a reason to stay sober, eat right, sleep right etc.
And fighting is really good fun too.
