And if you look at his list history he has sold an ms200 and an 026, in which he states he is only selling the ms200 as he is retiring!!! But isnt the chipper sale for an upgrade to a 9 inch!!!! lol Maybe he has changed his mind recently!!!!!!!

i think it seems genuine, you often see people covering up serial numbers so they arent cloned, but thats just my opinion ....

You beat me to it, thats why you see expensive second hand cars in car yards with the number plate covered over...

You lads do jump to conclusions fast! if that chipper is genuine, and I were the owner, I wouldn't be that chuffed reading this thread, a man is innocent until proven guilty..

If it was stolen why would it have any ID plates. I have seen plenty that are cloned and also seen plenty of copy ID plates with random serial no's on. Remember only stolen machines show up on plant registers etc. Best to check with TW, but as machines get older, owner details seldom get changed. For it's age looks tidy. Had money spent to. New style no-stress and new style control buttons. Worse case on the rotor as it will be a 3 piece one is about £500 (dealer repair) if the shafts are worn and fans broken, cheaper if not. Exhausts usually break where they are too thin to weld so allow about £100. If I was selling that chipper all serviced and ready for work it would be about £4k + vat. Serial number if anyone wants is available if you pm me. Last 2 digits are visible and date of manufacture so very easy to work out.
