Drop into Cannock and see if you can speak to some one and see if they have any small lots going locally. Or Sherwood. Depends how far you're willing to travel. The Lincolnshire and northants beats have a few small hard wood parcels each year.

 

Same for extra info on the bidding system. There will be some one able to have a brief conversation with you about it. I'm not sure who it is at Cannock.

 

Charene has always been helpful, Carolyn Marshall at sherwood would be helpful with smaller lots if there are any.
