What are good paleo snacks for inbetween meals? I have fresh coconut, but that gets really dry in your mouth and you need to wash it down. Fruit is another obvious one. Just had chicken with parsnip chips, steamed spring greens in with a bit of apple cider vinegar for dressing and a fried egg on top. Oh and a little bit of ketchup on the side.

Drop the parsnips and the spuds, plus most of the fruit, and you might be able to call that Paleo.

Don't get me wrong, that's better than a McDonalds and fries. But not Paleo.

I have a big tub full of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pecans, almonds, dried banana and figs. I just grab a handful each time I go back to my truck for anything.

Another good day today, felt like I had the energy of a 20 year old...and I don't even care if its just in my head Stevie :001_tongue:
