Back on the paleo and thought I'd make myself an omelet for dinner. 4 eggs, 1 courgette, half an onion, half a red pepper, 2 red chilli peppers and 2 sausages chopped. It came out exactly as I imagined! :blushing::thumbup1:

You didn't eat that, did you?

It looks like a plate of sick.

I'm off it. Lost a stone in a month but had a spell where I got so dizzy I couldn't stand and cold sweats. I had to call my wife back from work as I was looking after my daughter. It was quite scary for me and her.

Just eating healthy sensible food now and cut right back on booze.

Good on ya for getting back on it Steve. Since coming back from Australia iv fallen off the wagon with meeting up with mates at pubs and chocolates sooooo cheap here in supermarkets it's easy to eat crap.

I'm going back on it as im feeling bad, sluggish and constantly tired. Need to get my motivation back.

I'm doing tough mudder in 3 weeks and iv not trained once through lack of motivation.

Time to make a change........ again

I keep letting it slip and after wife was pregnant and giving birth its been easier to eat quick/badly. Need to get on it again and go stricter. I've found bread has crept back in but nearly done a year off booze so can't be bad!!

How many of you on this diet smoke? That's what I find funny about this kind of thing, I have a mate who is on it and won't eat anything unless it's organic or free range etc but smokes 20 a day. Kind of defeats the object of being healthy.
