Sodding thing just went bang! again! Lots of smoke, spat a load of water everywhere then died! Weirdly it's not even slightly warm so hasn't overheated? It's on a 2010 plate and I swear to got it's made from pressed pasta and marshmallows!

If it's been that much of a lemon and out of warranty I would be discussing the sale of goods act with the dealer.

have you had problems with it before. and is it the same fault. if its been playing up since new even thought its out of warrenty under sale of goods act 1979 it has to be of a resonable quality. sounds like your one is not. say to dealer you want it sorted out a they fix it repplace truck or refund less miles done so you can get something else do not let them get away with it

Already booked in for collection in the am it's been a grade A bag of crap! The original gearbox died at 7k and at 12k the clutch disintegrated soon followed by the transmission brake it's like Blackpool illuminations with its fault codes, egr valve, fuel pressure sensor, fuel pump servo or something? .... Not impressed :-/
