Hi all, Im new on here. Just saying hello and......That HP 37 on Ebay in Scotland has just gone for £4600. I enquired about it as it seemed a fair price but seller has no feedback and a hotmail address for contact.

Hope it works out ok for the buyer but a lot of dough if your buying blind.

the same people done me 3k on a jappa 700 this time last year and the same pics have been on lots since the fraud squad didn't realy want to no much but said several others had paid into the same account as I did so if you think of buying go and pay cash on collection.

loads on gumtree.

we're looking at buying a couple of bits of kit.

the favourite one we've had is where they tell you Parcel Force will let you pay on delivery as long as its an ESCROW voucher which you buy from the post office.

You have to send them a photo or scan of the receipt, including the bar code to prove YOU'RE honest and are going to pay.

Unfortunately, once they have the barcode of the Escrow receipt then they can cash it in !!

Also, the brother in law used to work for Parcel Force and according to him they dont do any COD deliveries !!!

Be aware, buy nothing unseen, if its cheap enough to risk, its cheap enough to drive with the cash.

We were looking at a timber trailer with grab on ebay. Its in Hereford, about 300 miles from us.

I'd have still driven to have a look at it but alas, the usual messages came back.

Free delivery anywhere in the uk, send me your details to contact you outside of ebay...etc
