Thanks for the heads up And glad you liked it Nathan.

 

It really is not an easy thing to do writing an article on such a complexed practice, there's loads missing but to really get the basics and making it easy and chatty to read was a right mission. I've not seen it myself yet so feed back would be grateful, what ever it is :)
