Cheers Stephen your CAT looks a handy bit of kit. Had the yammer for 1200 hrs now and not missed a beat. Just had new tracks,rollers and sprockets and a few other bits. Looking at getting it guarded when it comes off site next month.Does anyone know of anywhere down in the south west which could fabricate and fit? Cheers

Richard Court is the most southerly I can think of. He did my old bosses as per here:

Just for general information really as guarding is very important.

 

Cabcare do a range of fully certified versions that can be simpler Cab mounted right up to the real deal full demo spec.

 

If you look under Yanmar they do one for the Vio cab, and for anyone else searching they also do a great setup for the Kubota.

 

I would think that they will do a lot more than these if asked, plus they are certified which will eventually become an issue in itself.

Thanks for the link Eddie. The vio cab guard looks ideal for what I need. I'm looking to invest in a shear in the near future and was not sure if I should just get the full machine guarded.
