Myself and Andy Collins are looking to arrange a get together on May 16th-17th, if anyone may be interested in getting together for a social gathering and informal recreational climb then please let us know by replying here.

The event will take place at the wierd and wonderful wood show based at haughley park in Suffolk...located just off the A14 between Stowmarket and Bury St. Edmunds. All details are to be confirmed, but there should be camping allowed on site....there will most definetly be toilet facilities, various refreshements on site, including i believe, a bar. theres stuff there for the kids too so if anyone fancies coming along for the day and bringing the kids there will be some stuff for their entertainment. Theres some fantastic trees on site, including some 140ft wellingtonias which i have already climbed in the past....these may be a little too close to the main area to play around in but we may be able to arrange something. Just outside of the main show area, in the field which is generally used as a car park there is a substantial Plane tree that i have earmarked for the event as well as several large mature Oaks...camping in this area would also fit quite well i think.

as i said, please reply here if interested
