can somebody tell me which one is better and why : SMH10D-10, SMH10D-11 , SPH10-10, SPH10H-01, or SPH10S-G. I will be buying very soon, so pls help. I use petzl vortex helmet. pls, pls, please. thanks

You want the smh10 system. The sph10 is a complete headset which will not fit a vortex helmet.

Don't know what all the numbers mean after the sph10, just make sure you get the latest model with the USB port so it can be updated.

Hi Peter

You have to position the Sena carefully to get it in just the right place and then all fits together nicely.

So much better than the arborcoms. Only thing that happens is the jog dial can keep getting pressed by branches and cutting out the intercom, but only needs to be pressed again so no real biggie.

Excellent recommendation, cheers:thumbup:

Completely agree with this Al, fine recommendation indeed. (cheers Peter :thumbup1:)

Positioning toward the back of the lid was no real problem.

I only got a pair, but will certainly be investing in another couple.

really came into their own yesterday on a crane job.

I am looking at getting something like these, but I am not very technicaly minded with gadgets and the like.

When you have blue tooth sets, do you need a bluetooth phone to act as the "radio", or does it have a transmitter and reciever in it and no need for a fancy mobile?

Sorry if this sounds dense, but I have been living under a rock for 10 years and technology has passed me by!:confused1:
