Yes, our company worked through days and nights in '87, there was not much H&S then, a completely different era

I don't remember ever having heard of H&S in those days

Have to say I think it has it's place nowadays.

Agree! although I dont think there is much diffenence on the actual work front exept better kit etc, it just all has to be risk assessed, method statemented etc, just a lot more paper work.

We never used earmuffs, let alone all the ppe nowadays
