is it impact damage or over pressure check the way that the hoses are getting twisted when getting moved as this can loosen them it may help by fitting a banjo end on them

Hi

Im not sure if over pressure? I think maybe because coming slack slightly with movement then allowing thread to strip? , i have just straight fittings joining hoses to rotator, was wondering what everone else uses

Cheers

Are you sure you have the correct fittings? My uniforest grab has metric fittings, which are an almost fit for 3/8 but wouldn't work for very long.

Yeh think have right fittings as rest of hoses ok,was thinking maybe swivel fittings might stop hoses undwinding? But not seen other people fitting them so dont understand why mine keep coming slack etc

mines is on quick couplings so the rotation of the hoses doesn't affect it you could fit them to see if it helps

Good idea never thought about trying that, cheers

Some advice please guys, what grab would suit a palfinger pk7000 (can lift a ton out to 6.5m and about 3.5 close in)

Most of the big bit we will load with the tractor, but would be nice to to limit ourselves on the tipper.

Thanks in advance
