the plan... extend chassis to 130 tool storage behind cab then tipper put the hi cap springs on it to increase the gross v.weight and put a box for storage over cab.

What will be your gross weight once loaded and what will your payload be?

Not enough will be the answer we have a 130 with brand new ali tipper on back empty weighs 2.5 tons better off with pick up conversion.

Try speaking to scots commercials in lincoln, recon they could help. Have been contemplating a lr my self but I'm not sure, thinking maybe a ranger extacab tipper instead as a landrover doesn't really suit, plus I have the trailer so chip capacity isn't essential for now.

whats it weigh wi staff & kit

That 2.5 tons is with 2 guys in it and nothing in the back so payload would be 8/900kg which isnt even worth it for how much money they cost! I prefer are l200 same payload much better to drive better on fuel more compact goes in tighter areas etc etc if we converted the l200 to a ali tipper i think we would end up with over a ton payload.

Just look out for a truck cab 130 then build it up from there. If your thinking of stretching a 110 and fitting the springs doesn't automatically change the gvw. Also it will probably cost you a lot more in head aches and time.
