Just in case any chainsaw carvers want to have a go with a very big pumpkin our 2013 crop of giant pumpkins has been listed yesterday on Buy Giant Pumpkins - Big pumpkins for sale get a large pumpkin for your Halloween Event The egg box has no relevance other than the only thing to hand to give some scale. There are loads more of less than 150lb available.

Simon always takes a few of our pumpkins and below is a photo of his first of the season practice:

There was about 5 ton of well rotted cow muck under that one pumpkin and a lot of soluble feed in its daily drink.

My mum grew one the size of a space hopper in a grow bag so there is no excuse for not getting a good un for the kids next year!

Plenty of sensibly priced giant pumpkins available for collection if anyone fancies a go at large scale pumpkin carving.

Current harvested stock is on Pumpkins For Sale | Big Pumpkins but there are many more £15 - £50 pumpkins still in the field.

We also have a few Blue Hubbards available for you to compete with Ray Villafane:
