. 150 VTR hydralic pump pulley. There is no way to get pulley off as the collar has been incorrectly fitted from new, normally where the gold screw is pointing you should be able to get a grub screw in to spread the collar. Bloody annoying for a Sunday. Any ideas??

Looks like you have been forcing that with the damage to it.

 

It will be a taper fit I would guess no force needed.

also no way to knock pull back and down off the collar? WTF bloody joke.

The idea behind a taper fit is you can insert a screw to spread the collar, this hass the thread at the opposite side so I have had no option but to try and force it.

That is fitted correctly for the photo shown re insert the 1 of the grub screws at 6 o'clock to where your pointing and wind it in and it should come of

Ditto, two of the holes are for tightening and hold in place, one is for winding off, but not the one your pointing to, you can't spread the inner with the outer tightly in place.
