just kidnap him, take off his boots, pull his socks till they are half way off, then pop his feet in the feed rollers of the chipper and whip his socks off. Seems fair to me (can I come and watch?) ;)

I know your not kidding, please stop teasing and tell me what you really would do:sneaky2:. I would just play out any situation by the book or Law:thumbup1:

If you have cordon off the work area according to rules, regs get on with the job. There are always sidewalk superintendents milling about any job, human nature for the most part. Don't get caught up in squandering emotional capital because of a few bad apples now and again.

I have posted this before but at the risk of being boring .....Taking down a dodgy plain . Tree cutting signs ,Foot path closed signs followed by cones followed by waist high plastic barrier . The same both ends . Steve is up the tree cutting off lumps . Along come a jogger , vaults the signs and the barrier , jogs through the " kill Zone " attempts to vault the " exit " barrier and trips flat on his face . I was speechless . 'kin loony ......

Last week i took on a job that was i would say was 500 metres as the crow flies from a well known traveller site in swaffham. We'd got footpath closed signs up at both ends of work area, tree cutting signs in place, and lots of haz tape.

Mid morning a scouting party of youngsters with dogs on strings came up,over and under haz tape, and walked right through our area and out again.

I simply stopped our work when i saw them approach and personally walked very closely with them in case they had ideas of starting trouble.

Suprisingly we wernt bothered by anyone again.

Slander is spoken Chris, libel is printed.

The bloke is a massive cock, crack a cold one and move on.

No one listens to little Hitlers like that anyway.

They'll always be another one on another job in the not to distant future, thats the beauty of ear defenders. When they realise you're not interested they wander off muttering all sorts of nonsense

trees, waves and cakes!!:-)
