Anyone else had problems with Halifax / Lloyds Banks ?

I closed down an old savings account that had not been used for years with Natwest. They also managed to shut down my current account at the same time. It took SIX weeks and many phone calls and visits to the bank to sort it out. To be fair it's the only problem that I have ever had with them and they compensated me to the tune of £1000.

Would'nt trust Natwest as far as I could kick em, helpfull banking?!! should be done under trade descriptions

Since last year im still having issues with natwest cancelling DD like sky, really should look else👎
